Discover cuisine rich in regional flavours based on recepers produced by Gérad over 30 Years, using local grown products and seafood : Fillets of turbot in a lbster cream sauce and shellfisch in a pastry crust with a coulis of langoustines are among hisdishes - all produced with the culinary fervour associated with regional French cuisine.
