History
This house was built on the ancient site of Kitzbühel as a family residence for the von Seilern earls. It later became the property of the Mellons, one of the most important families of bankers in the United States of America.
In 1983 the Harisch family, hoteliers from Kitzbühel, became owners of the villa and were therefore able to offer a sojourn for even the most exacting guests.
Having been charmed by the special atmosphere and position of this house, Mrs. Scheiterbauer has let it out since the winter of 2000 and given herself the task of managing this splendid residence as a hotel, or rather, a bed-and-breakfast.

Adjustments
Carefully furnished 18th century style rooms. Valuable furniture; 2 large halls and a large library equipped with open fires; comfortable, tastefully-decorated rooms, equipped with bath or shower, WC, cable TV , small spa area with sauna and steam-bath; spacious entrance hall; all this gives the villa a special touch and creates a special environment for parties, weddings, christenings, birthdays, presentations, congresses, seminars, etc.
A garden-park with a large terrace, garden house, old trees, quiet corners and large open-air swimming-pool with a view of the Hahnenkamm and Kitzbühler Horn mountains, invite you to free your spirit surrounded by Nature!
